These general terms and conditions govern the automotive glass repair and replacement services offered at home by L'As de Glass, operating in the Rhône-Alpes region.
Quotes and prices
Any quote issued is free and without obligation. The prices indicated on the website (from €49 for an impact repair, €250 for a windshield replacement, €180 for a side window) are indicative and confirmed during the home diagnosis, depending on the vehicle and the damage observed.
Insurance coverage
When the intervention is covered by the glass breakage guarantee of your car insurance contract, L'As de Glass verifies your contract and manages the coverage file with your insurer. The amount remaining at your expense depends on your contractual deductible.
Intervention process
The appointment is confirmed by phone or email after receipt of your request. A technician intervenes at the agreed address with the necessary equipment. For a windshield replacement, recalibration of ADAS cameras and sensors is systematically carried out if the vehicle is equipped with them.
Warranty
All interventions are covered by a lifetime warranty on installation and material defects, for the entire duration you own the vehicle.
Cancellation
You can cancel or postpone an appointment free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, by phone or email.
Payment
Payment is made after the intervention, according to the terms agreed upon during the appointment confirmation (direct payment or insurance coverage).
