When you fill out the appointment request form, we collect: name, phone, email, intervention city, information about your vehicle, and description of the damage. This data is necessary to process your request and organize the intervention.
Use of Data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Contacting you and scheduling the intervention
- Preparing the quote and, if applicable, the insurance claim file
- Tracking the warranty on the completed intervention
They are never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Data is retained for the time necessary to process your request and for the applicable warranty, then archived or deleted in accordance with current regulations.
