Lifetime Warranty

Every service performed by L'As de Glass is covered by a lifetime warranty on installation and material defects, for as long as you own the vehicle concerned.

What to do in case of a problem?

If you notice a defect related to our intervention (water leak, bonding defect, ADAS camera calibration problem), contact us as soon as possible:

A technician will re-intervene at your home to correct the defect, at no additional cost if the problem falls within our scope of work.

What the warranty covers

  • Glass installation defects
  • Defects related to the material supplied during the intervention
  • Calibration problems following a windshield replacement

What is not covered

  • Damage caused after the intervention (new impact, accident, vandalism)
  • Normal wear and tear of the vehicle unrelated to our intervention

Cancellation / appointment rescheduling

Any appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot, by phone or email.
